The South Devon Railway Buckfastleigh

 Buckfastleigh is the principle station on the line.  Situated just off the A38 and close to the world renowned Buckfast Abbey and Dartmoor National Park .  It has extensive free car parking (Disabled, adjacent to the Station platform) and visitor facilities, the Locomotive Workshops (with viewing gallery), The Stock Sheds, our Shop, The Museum, Children's Play Area including a Maze, Picnic Area  and Catering (provided by South Devon Railway plc)  may all be visited.
Also on the same site are the Buckfastleigh Butterflies and Otter Sanctuary, for which a discounted joint ticket is available; why not make a full day out of your visit ?
